Serving as the CEO of Business Services and later as the CEO of Capgemini India, she played a central role in propelling the company’s growth and diversifying its service offerings. Currently, she holds the position of Managing Director for Capgemini’s business in Canada and Latin America.

In her role at the helm of Capgemini’s Asia Pacific and Latin America business unit, Aruna has been instrumental in steering the company’s global expansion initiatives.
